This data is encrypted in transit and at rest and is accessible only through your Apple ID.
RedLAB does not have access to your iCloud data.

2. Use of AI Features

RedLAB offers optional AI-powered features designed to help you better understand your lab values and health trends.

• AI is only used after you provide explicit consent
• You can disable AI features at any time in app settings

3. AI Data Processing & Providers

When AI features are enabled, RedLAB may securely process limited, non-identifiable lab data
using third-party artificial intelligence providers:

• Anthropic (Claude)
• OpenAI (GPT models)
• Google (Gemini)

Only the minimum necessary lab values are shared for generating insights.
No names, contact details, account identifiers, device identifiers, or precise location data are shared.
AI providers are not permitted to use this data for advertising or user profiling.

4. OCR & Document Processing

• Medical documents may be temporarily processed to extract text
• Images are deleted immediately after OCR processing
• Extracted text is stored only on your device or iCloud
• All data transfers are encrypted using industry-standard protocols
