Adios Games

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 31, 2026 · Applies to all Adios Games apps on iOS and Android

This Privacy Policy explains how ADİOS YAZILIM BİLİŞİM SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (Adios Games, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use any of our mobile games and apps on the Apple App Store or Google Play (“our games and apps”). It applies to all of them, unless an app links to its own privacy policy. Not every game or app uses every service described below.

No account needed

We never ask for your name, e-mail or phone number, and we never receive your contacts, precise location, photos or documents.

Your content stays on your device

Game progress, scores and settings, and the documents and photos you use in our apps, are saved on your device.

Free games and apps with ads

Ad, analytics and purchase partners use device data such as an advertising ID and IP address.

You are in control

Turn off personalised ads and ask us to delete your data at any time.

1Who Is Responsible

The data controller is ADİOS YAZILIM BİLİŞİM SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. For any privacy question or request, write to support@adiosgames.com.

2Information We Process

On your device

Game progress, scores, statistics and settings are saved on your device. We do not receive this data. If you use your device’s backup (iCloud or Android backup), it may be included in that backup under Apple’s or Google’s terms. Deleting the game or app deletes this data from the device, unless you choose to keep it when your device offers that.

Documents, photos and files

Content you create or import in our apps, such as scanned documents and ID cards, photos and files you pick, signatures and recognised text, stays on your device and is not sent to us. Camera scanning and text recognition run on your device. Photos and files reach an app only when you pick them, for example in the system photo or file picker. A document leaves your device only when you share or export it yourself, through the app or service you choose. If an app offers a passcode lock, the passcode is kept on your device. Some of our Android apps use Google ML Kit for scanning and text recognition; it may send Google technical diagnostics (such as device model, app version and error codes), but not your images or text.

Collected automatically by our partners

The third-party services built into our games and apps (section 4) may automatically collect:

  • Device identifiers: the advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, only if you allow tracking; Google advertising ID on Android), the identifier for vendors (IDFV) or app set ID, and app instance IDs.
  • Device and app information: device model, operating system and version, language, time zone, app version, network type and mobile carrier.
  • IP address and approximate location (country or city level, derived from the IP address). We do not collect precise GPS location.
  • Usage and ad data: sessions, in-game and in-app events (for example game start, game over, score ranges, or which screen or button was used), ads shown and ad interactions.
  • Diagnostics: crash logs and performance data.

Purchases

Purchases and subscriptions (for example removing ads or unlocking Pro features) are processed by Apple or Google. We never see or store your payment card details. We and our purchase partner RevenueCat receive the transaction details needed to confirm and restore your purchase: product, price, currency, date, subscription status, the store receipt and an anonymous app user ID.

Leaderboards

Some games use Apple Game Center. If you are signed in to Game Center, your score and Game Center nickname are sent to Apple and may be visible to other players on the leaderboard. This is handled under Apple’s privacy policy.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, a game or app may send you reminders. You can turn them off at any time in your device settings.

When you contact us

If you e-mail us, we receive your e-mail address and the content of your message. We use it only to answer you.

3Why We Use Information

  • To run the game or app and keep your progress, content and settings (on your device).
  • To process purchases and restore subscriptions (performance of a contract).
  • To show ads, including personalised ads where you have allowed them, to measure ads, limit how often you see them and prevent ad fraud (your consent where required by law; otherwise our legitimate interest in funding free games and apps).
  • To understand and improve our games and apps through analytics, and to change game settings remotely, such as seasonal themes (your consent where required; otherwise legitimate interest).
  • To keep our games and apps stable and secure through crash and performance diagnostics (legitimate interest).
  • To answer support requests and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

4Third-Party Services

We share the information in section 2 only with the service providers below, for the purposes in section 3. Each of them processes data under its own privacy policy, and we work only with providers that commit to protecting personal data at a level at least equal to this policy and applicable law. The ad partners of a game or app can change over time; where consent is required, its consent screen lists the current partners.

Google explains how it uses data from apps that use its services here. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, or to a successor if our business or a game or app is transferred.

5Your Choices

iPhone and iPad

A game or app that wants to track asks for permission first (App Tracking Transparency). You can change it at any time in:

Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking

Android

Delete or reset your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, in:

Settings › Google › Ads

EEA, UK and Switzerland

The game or app asks for your consent before personalised ads and analytics. Change your choice at any time in its settings:

Settings › Privacy settings

You can turn off notifications in your device settings. Deleting the game or app stops all further collection by it. If you opt out of personalisation you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant to you.

6How Long We Keep Data

Data on your device stays there until you delete it, or delete the game or app or its data. We do not keep a copy of your game progress or of the content you create or import in our apps. Our partners keep the data they collect for the periods described in their privacy policies. Purchase records are kept as long as needed to provide your purchase and to meet legal and tax obligations. Support e-mails are kept as long as needed to handle your request.

7Your Rights and Data Deletion

Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. This includes rights under the EU and UK GDPR, the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698), and US state privacy laws such as California’s (including the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal data for targeted advertising, and the right not to be discriminated against for using your rights).

Request access or deletion

  1. E-mail support@adiosgames.com with the subject “Privacy request”.
  2. Tell us the name of the game or app and your platform (iOS or Android).
  3. We answer within 30 days and pass deletion requests on to our partners where they hold data linked to your device.

Send a privacy request

Because our games and apps have no accounts, we may ask for information that helps us find data linked to your device. You can also delete your data yourself in the app or by deleting the game or app, and stop ad tracking at any time as described in section 5.

If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority; in Türkiye, to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).

8International Transfers

Our partners may process data in the United States and other countries outside your own. Where required, these transfers rely on safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

9Security

Data sent by our games and apps travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we and our partners use commercially reasonable measures to protect it.

10Children’s Privacy

Our games and apps are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

12Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date and applies from that date.

13Contact Us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or want to make a request, write to us. We are happy to help.
